These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at FIGO Vintage. By making a purchase in our store, you agree to these terms.

Applicability
These terms apply to all in-store transactions and interactions with FIGO Vintage, including participation in the Figo Rewards loyalty program. Throwback Wholesale reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and in-store upon request.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in our store are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by cash, debit card, and credit card. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales at FIGO Vintage are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because we sell vintage and second-hand clothing, items do not carry barcodes, manufacturer tags, or other identifying codes. This makes it impossible for us to verify the origin of a garment after it has left our store. To protect the integrity of our inventory and prevent fraud, we are therefore unable to process any returns or exchanges, regardless of the reason.
We strongly encourage you to inspect items carefully before purchasing. Our staff are happy to assist you with sizing, condition questions, or any other queries before you complete your purchase.
Please note that for in-store purchases, there is no legal right of withdrawal under Dutch consumer law (artikel 6:230p Burgerlijk Wetboek). The right of withdrawal applies only to distance and online purchases, not to purchases made in a physical store.
If an item is demonstrably defective or was materially misrepresented at the time of purchase, please contact us at info@figovintage.com. We will assess the situation and respond within 14 days.
Figo Rewards Loyalty Program
Participation The Figo Rewards program is free to join and open to anyone who provides a valid email address in-store or via our website. By joining, you agree to these terms and to the terms of our loyalty platform provider, Marsello (available at https://www.marsello.com/terms).
Earning points Points are awarded on eligible in-store purchases. The number of points awarded per purchase will be communicated in-store and via the loyalty program portal. Points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash or credit. They exist solely as a discount mechanism to be applied to a future purchase at FIGO Vintage.
Redeeming points Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for a discount on a future in-store purchase. The applicable discount value will be communicated via the loyalty program portal. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
Expiry of points Points do not expire while the Figo Rewards program remains active. However, if the program is discontinued, all outstanding points will expire on the date the program ends, as described below.
Discontinuation of the program Throwback Wholesale reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently discontinue the Figo Rewards program at any time. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email to registered members where possible. Upon discontinuation of the program, all outstanding points will expire and cannot be redeemed or compensated in any other form. Throwback Wholesale accepts no liability for the loss of unredeemed points in these circumstances.
Account management You can request deletion of your loyalty account at any time by contacting us at info@figovintage.com. Upon deletion, any outstanding points will be forfeited.
Liability
Throwback Wholesale is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of items in our store, beyond what is required under mandatory Dutch law. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded under Dutch consumer law.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about your experience at FIGO Vintage, we would like to hear from you. Please contact us at info@figovintage.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Dutch Consumer and Market Authority (ACM) via https://www.acm.nl or submit a dispute via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
