What Data We Collect and Why

• Loyalty program members (Figo Rewards): When you sign up for our Figo Rewards loyalty program, we collect your name, email address, and loyalty activity (such as points earned and redeemed). If you have opted in to receive our newsletter or promotional emails, we use your name and email address to send you updates about new stock, events, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Consent, when you sign up for our loyalty program, subscribe to our newsletter, agree to cookies via our cookie banner, or otherwise give us explicit permission to process your data.

• Contract performance, when processing data is necessary to manage your loyalty account or fulfill a transaction.

• Legal obligation, when we are required to retain data for tax or accounting purposes.

• Legitimate interest, when necessary to operate our business securely and effectively, for example to detect fraud or protect the security of our systems. We do not rely on legitimate interest as a basis for marketing or for placing tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services We Use

Marsello (Loyalty Program)

Our Figo Rewards program runs on Marsello, a loyalty and email marketing platform. When you join the rewards program, your data (including name, email address, and loyalty activity) is processed by Marsello. Marsello operates in New Zealand and Australia. New Zealand has been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission, meaning your data benefits from an equivalent level of protection when processed there. For data processed in Australia, Marsello relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal mechanism for transferring your data outside the EEA.

Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram)

• Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. The pixel collects data about your behaviour on our website, including pages viewed and actions taken, and sends this information to Meta. We use this data to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our website on Facebook and Instagram.

• The Meta Pixel is only activated after you have given your consent via our cookie banner. Meta may transfer this data to servers in the United States. Meta complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for these transfers.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects pseudonymised data about pages visited, session duration, and user interactions. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. These fall into the following categories:

• Functional cookies, which are necessary for the website to work correctly. These are placed without requiring your consent.

• Marketing cookies, which are used to show you relevant ads on social media platforms (Meta Pixel). These are only placed after you give your consent.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Loyalty program data is kept for as long as you have an active Figo Rewards account. If you close your account or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or tax purposes.

Website analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months within Google Analytics.

Financial records related to purchases are retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access, to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Right to rectification, to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Right to erasure, to ask us to delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.

• Right to restriction, to ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

• Right to data portability, to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

• Right to object, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.

• Right to withdraw consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@figovintage.com. We will respond within one month. In complex or multiple requests, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will inform you within the first month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority:
