New Zealand has been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission, meaning your data benefits from an equivalent level of protection when processed there. For data processed in Australia, Marsello relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal mechanism for transferring your data outside the EEA.
